Terry did great. He kept in contact with me all of the time and showed me places around my schedule. I had a great experience.

I moved from out of state and really relied on Terry's knowledge of the area to get the feel of the different areas of the city. Terry was very professional, polite, and patient. I really enjoyed working with him and have already recommended him to a work colleague. It was refreshing to work with a realtor with obvious values who honestly cared. I will certainly use Terry again when the time comes.

Terry was fantastic. He truly cared about our needs and went above and beyond.

Terry was the only agent to respond to my request for a market analysis. I had sent a request online to two other agencies and never not a single response from them. Terry was very quick to respond to my request and got the house on the market as soon as I was ready.

My wife and I are extremely satisfied with Terry Stevahn and his team. It is clear that he knows what he is talking about when it comes to real estate. Terry was a professional from day one and he worked to make sure that the process went smoothly. We appreciated how the entire sales process went. We will definitely be working with him again and recommending him to our family and friends.
