I have worked with multiple realtors in the past and never been really impressed. Terry was selected by my company to lease out my home while was overseas for a few years. A change in circumstances required me to sell that house (while living overseas). Terry helped me immensely during that transition, and again to buy a home when we moved back to Bismarck. So there was no doubt in my mind who my realtor would be when we moved between houses in Bismarck. Terry Stevahn has proven multiple times of his work ethic and has earned my respect and trust.

We have used Terry before when we had to sell my dad's condo a few years ago..Terry is a true professional with years of experience selling homes. He helped us in many ways and we are extremely grateful to him for his knowledge in the realty business. When we had questions, he was there to answer them or willing to find out. I would recommend him to anyone who needs to sell their home. Thanks Terry!!!!
