Teske Vance

Teske was an exceptional partner throughout our home‑buying process. Her knowledge of the market, attention to detail, responsiveness, and ability to easily guide us through all the legal bureaucracy, gave us complete confidence from start to finish. She communicated proactively, advocated for our best interests, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything moved smoothly. Teske’s professionalism and commitment truly set her apart and she is friendly and funny to boot.

I've worked with Teske Vance in the past and her flawless realty skills and ferocious negotiating tactics made her a foregone conclusion in deciding upon a realtor for our recent move. Her behind the scenes knowledge mixed with clear and reliable communication created a delicious cocktail of trust and confidence, allowing us to rest easy throughout the process. Anytime an obstacle would present itself, Teske would present the options and her recommendation - allowing us to bulldoze through to closing day. Teske Vance has well earned her nickname here in the streets, a true 'Warthog' of real estate.
