I appreciate how Tessa focused on what I really needed in a home. She presented the pros and cons of the ones I saw. She never pushed me or made me feel like I was taking too much time to decide. She understood where I was at emotionally after a shocking divorce and took extra time to walk me through the purchase. I highly recommend her.

The only downfall of her quick turnaround for communication is when it takes longer than 5 hours, you want to send a text to make sure she's safe, ha! I asked Tessa to sell my mom's house after her passing. It was such an emotional process but Tessa helped us through every step, keeping me informed, while showing compassion for the situation.
