This is the second time we have had Tessa help us with a transaction and we highly recommend her services.

With the whole Corona Virus situation going on and the stay at home order in place. Tessa Hagwood still took the time to keep in contact and help me find a house even when she her self was busy. I defiantly recommend Tessa Hagwood to other’s who are looking to buy a house because she takes the time to help you out and cares about finding the right house for you.

Tessa Hagwood from Century 21 Realty made our first time home purchase enjoyable and easy. She knew the market and the neighborhood and got us into a great first home. She communicated clearly, quickly and effectively. I can’t praise her enough! I have since referred her to many family and friends. Tessa is knowledgeable about codes in our county and was able to walk us through all of the steps of home buying and represented us well in the process. Thank you Tessa!

Tessa was excellent at communicating with us and explaining when and how every step needed to be completed. I would definitely recommend Tessa Hagwood to anyone selling their property in the North County! She knows the area and the comps
