It was a pleasure working with Tessa, she is incredibly knowledgeable and was genuinely interested in finding us our perfect home. She walked us through each step of the way and was very patient explaining each process. I highly recommend Tessa if you are looking for a new home!

We appreciate all the work Tessa did on buying our new house and selling our old house.

Thanks Tessa. For all the hard work you put in to find us the perfect house.

Tessa is always professional and friendly and communicates quickly on answering questions or getting transactions done.

She brought the property to our attention after remembering a conversation we had previously had at a back yard BBQ. She remembered what we had said our about location and needs within selecting our forever home. She was prompt and took the time to answer any question we had. She was always professional and took care of business without hesitation.

Tessa Hagwood was an absolute professional during our search for our first home. My wife and I had different visions of what we wanted in a home. She helped blend the ideas together to find a perfect home. Tessa’s availability was extremely accommodating to my wife and I.

What else can I say. She was excellent

Tessa Hagwood was not afraid to be bold while negotiating for the price of my home. Tessa’s outgoing personality, experience, and knowledge were all factors in why I was able to purchase my home. Even though Tessa Hagwood had other clients that she was working with while working with me, she always made me feel like her top priority client. I believe all her clients felt this way, as I could tell Tessa took her work very seriously. It was very apparent that customer service to her clients was always her priority. Tessa Hagwood was always available and patient with my questions and needs as a first-time home buyer. Tessa had or found the answers to all my questions, which was a testament to her resourcing abilities. I was unaware, at the time I selected Tessa Hagwood and Century 21 to be my realty company, Century 21 offered a complimentary moving truck for move in services. This was a pleasant and welcome surprise and sealed in my belief that Tessa Hagwood and Century 21 had total customer satisfaction in mind. Tessa Hagwood made my first-time home buying experience easy, exciting, and fulfilling. Tessa continues to check in with me, months after purchasing my home. This shows me that Tessa Hagwood genuinely cares for her clients customer satisfaction. I have already, and definitely will continue to, refer Tessa Hagwood to friends and family.

Tessa Hagwood is a fantastic asset to have azt your side whether buying or selling.
