Cris was excellent throughout the process and helped us find a home we love. He explained things and walked us through what the process would look like start to finish. He's super responsive to texts and emails and made sure to narrow down the properties to only ones that met our criteria and set up a custom filter through their MLS tool that would send us round ups of available houses. He was on time for everything and checked in at multiple points through the process. He also recommended a fantastic home inspector. He had excellent advice on bidding and was able to give us advice on when to send notice to our landlord. We would 100% use Cris again if we ever decide to move.
