As soon as we stepped out of Cris’ office after our first meeting (in which he gave us all information & setup our email accounts), we setup group chat for us to connect effectively. 2 days after our meeting, he checked on us to see if we have liked any properties ( that was a wake up call for us, LOL). He was always available on texts/phone. When we gave few properties we wanted to see, he contacted the sellers and within 2 hours got all appointments set up. He was always on time for appointments.
