Chris was helpful and proactive! We wouldn't have gotten our home if he hadn't acted quick and gotten in before everyone else! It was his quick steps that got us in first and conditionally sold within hours of the home being listed! He left the options open for us to choose where we wanted to go and the next steps on each property. He is super friendly and quick to respond to messages. If he was going to be away at all, he let us know and there was backup in place if we needed it. He is very committed to helping his clients find the right place! Thanks Chris!

We have known Miguel for many years, used him and his firm several times and members of our family have also used his services. He has always provided excellent service. It took less than a day to sell our existing house.

I have worked with The Home Guyz Team over the last 7+ years where they have been a key component in the successful rental of my investment property and recent sale. During those years, I lived out of town so it was crucial that I work with a team that I could trust to find tenants that would not only be good tenants but also respectful of my property. Having worked with Andre Saikaly, Miguel Vidal, and Cristofer Vidal I can honestly say that this team is authentic, they care about their clients, and go the extra mile. What I valued the most from this team was their dedication to my revenue objectives and transparency throughout every step. I worked closely with Cristofer over the last 5 years, he provided in depth market evaluations and convinced me to increase the rent and successfully rent the condo at the higher amount. Before moving out of town, I tried to sell the property with another agency during a buyers’ market and would have likely lost money. I found The Home Guyz Team where they suggested that I hold on to the property, continue to rent it, and would let me know when it was the right market to sell. They did exactly that. Cristofer notified me that the Ottawa market had limited inventory, condo sale prices had significantly increased, and it would be a good time to sell. He worked with me through the entire process, advised me on how to notify my current tenant, to selling my property in a day; in a bidding war ($10,000 over ask), at the highest sale price for this type of condo in that area, all while I lived out of town! I am grateful for Cristopher and team for all their help, they are true experts! They deserve an A++ rating!

Cris was referred to my wife and I by a close friend of ours. We are so glad to have shared our first home-buying experience with him. From start to finish, Cris was personable, professional, and timely in all the questions we were sending his way. He was able to accommodate our busy work schedule, and kept us in the loop on each step of purchasing our first home. We are happy to have shared this experience with Cris, and love the place we found. I will be referring him to our friends and colleagues in the future. Thank you for everything Cris!
