Cris was the best! He was super helpful and navigating the current market. Knwoledge of the area made my purchase feel safe. He was also great in respecting my budgets and limitations. You can tell this team is well trained and great internal communication. Nilo was able to pickup right where Cris left off without missing a beat. When Cris got back he picked up where Nilo left off. We worked with Jay Klassen through Home Guyz. He found us a a home we absolutely love. It was a tough spot, as housing prices were at an all time high, so we paid more than we were comfortable with. Jay pushed us to up the offer and we're thankful he did. He knew what was needed to get the house we love. Selling our home was harder than expected, and we got less than we hoped.
