Lucia Clark

Thank you Goya Corona (Lucia Clark)! We are incredibly grateful for all the help, guidance, and information Goya provided us throughout this journey. Her patience in showing us homes through video calls, and even taking the time to show us around the neighborhoods, meant so much to us. More than anything, we feel incredibly fortunate to have found not only someone who helped us find a new home, but also a wonderful friend. Goya made us feel welcomed and comfortable as we prepared to make a new state our home, far away from the place we have always called home. Her kindness and genuine care made this transition feel so much easier and more special. We truly cannot thank her enough!

Lucia and her team generated strong interest in our property. Within two weeks, we received an offer with a quick closing. Lucia understands how to price a property for the market, and I believe her staging recommendations also made a significant difference. We were very pleased with the results and plan to work with her again in the future.

I have used Kim Kluge for 2 sales and one purchase in the past 12 months. Her market knowledge and experience has proven invaluable in getting the best deal on our new home, and helped tremendously with reducing our discount on our home sales. She provided real discount reasoning and navigated the entire post offer and home inspection negotiations, with numbers that were accurate and closed the sale process promptly. Obviously with assisting on three homes, in a year it's easy to see she's a closer and an even better person to have on your side! I highly recommend her and The Lucia Clark team!
