Our home had some significant issues going into the sale, including foundation work and a roof that needed to be replaced. As a military family living remotely, we couldn’t be there to handle any of it ourselves. Sandra stepped in and coordinated with several contractors, handling the scheduling and making sure everything was done so our home was ready to go on the market. She was incredibly reliable and always reachable by phone, and her patience and knowledge made a stressful process so much easier. Honestly, I don’t know if our house would have sold as quickly as it did without her. I wholeheartedly recommend Sandra to anyone looking to sell their home.
