Susan is an AWESOME realtor. The whole stress of listing the property and finding a buyer seemed effortless. I called Susan Horak's office on a Monday during my lunch hour and by Friday she had a showing and three buyers competing for my property. She kept in contact throughout the process and made all the arrangements to have it inspected and appraised. The whole Real-estate process started on Feb 7 and we closed on March 30th. I am forever thankful for the energy and hard work she put in to sell my property.
