We first met Jan a few years ago after calling to view a house that Susan Horak was the listing agent on. We were very please with how to did her homework and showed up with as much information she could on the house. If she did not have the information we wanted, she did her best to find out. She did not give us the cheesy sales person go around. She was very down to earth and real. When we were ready to start house searching again, I contacted Jan. When going through the inspection process, Jan was very helpful in setting everything up for us. The day we met at the house with Jan, the house inspector and termite inspector, we really felt a sense of community between them all and were please how they all treated us and each other. We have purchase a house one time before, but did not receive the services we received from Jan at Susan Horak's office. I was not aware that a realtor would do so much to help a seller or buyer. It made our experience much less stressful. After we moved into our house, we had learned that the seller did not complete a repair as agreed in the contract. Jan worked quickly to contact the seller's realtor and kept in contact with us frequently until the repair was completed.

I've never sold a house before. Susan and her staff walked me through each step. She made it a really daunting process manageable. I am grateful for her expertise.
