After meeting her and touring the home together (which was ultimately not for us) we decided she was the best agent for us to work with going forward. Over the next several months, we toured a number of homes together. Susan handled communication very well - we typically got a list to her only a day or two in advance and she was always able to set up a schedule that worked for us. She stood by us while we waited to sell our own home in St. Louis and she was great at advocating for us when we had questions that needed answers. She was also extremely knowledgeable about Columbia, both historically and with respect to future developments. When we entered negotiations we felt confident she was working hard on our behalf, even though we were on the buying side. We were and remain quite satisfied with our home purchase. On a personal note, we had a great time working with Susan. She has a great sense of humor and we felt like she got to know us well. We even brought our young children on an outing and felt very comfortable with her in that regard.
