We LOVED Molly. She was so very helpful and helped so much with negotiations. Marketing was amazing. Molly answered all our questions and was extraordinarily helpful.

Upon meeting Susan for the first time, I could tell she was very motivated and on top of her game. I felt very comfortable with her from the start and knew right away my search for an awesome realtor was over. She never let me down! I believe Susan goes above and beyond what most realtors would. That is what sets her apart from the others. My situation was a difficult one and Susan handled it like it was nothing. She had an answer for every obstacle I ran into. I would recommend Susan Horak to anyone looking for an top notch realtor.

I would not trust the purchase or sale of property to an ameteur realtor. I worked with Susan Horak previously during the purchase and sale of properties, and she was my first choice to work with on my recent home sale. Cumulatively, her knowledge and expertise contributed over six figures to my portfolio in a few short years.
