I knew I had a good house in a good location and it would have a lot of interest. Finding buyers wasn't to be a problem, finding buyers that could actually buy and get financing was a whole other story. Susan Horak worked overtime to get the sale closed with many many issues from buyers which could have made selling very painful. Instead, Susan Horak made the sale quick and profitable even with lots of little issues. Thanks Susan! I will use your services again if possible.
