But she really earned her commission and more in Mathews where a LONG early occupation of the home we were purchasing became quite complex. Emotions ran high at times, and some drama from all sides ensued, but Theresa stood strong in the storm, carefully and calmly guiding all concerned to closing. She always looked after our interests as both Seller and Buyer. She educated us on issues we thought we fully understood (but didn't), and she was always right. Communication is her super power.
