Over the last few years, my wife and I started considering selling our house, but were waiting for the right moment. This year (2020) we finally to decided to take the next step. To find an agent, I used Homelight.com. Tom responded immediately and with enthusiasm to my initial inquiry about selling our home. At our first meeting, he came prepared with a marketing plan, an estimate of for the sales price based on comparisons to recent home sales in my area, and what the net proceeds from the sale could be.
