They supported us every step of the way - from connecting us to excellent resources (like handyman, junk removal, cleaning services, and an outstanding attorney) to walking us through the process with kindness and care. Our deal was a challenging one as the buyers ran into issues along the way with their lender. The VERY BEST!!! It seems that every day there are more and more realtors out there. Which isn't a bad thing. But finding a really good one can be challenging. My wife and I have truly been blessed to have worked with Tom and Sheila since 2019. We purchased our first home with them in May 2019 in New Jersey. The entire experience was pretty stress free because of their team. In 2021, the Air Force brought us back to Virginia. We sold our house with Tom and Sheila for over listing price and made a profit in just two years! Then earlier this year, we reached out to them as life was bringing us back to New Jersey to be closer to family. It was a no brainer and we wouldn't consider any other team to work with. It had to be Tom and Sheila. This time life brought us to South Jersey. No problem for them! They quickly did their very thorough research of the area and had us set up for success from the start.
