Tom and Sheila make things happen fast. They quickly research properties and take action that results in sales. They go out of their way to qualify an offer and to provide wisdom from their experience selling. They can tell you when an offer has merit and which ones to turn down. They did what was needed to get inspections done and work with the town to make it happen smoothly. Their ability to market a property is exceptional as evidenced by multiple showing the same day as the listing with multiple offers the same day.
