Tiffany is incredible. She's equal parts kind and ruthless, an expert who always wants to learn. She is willing to do all she can to insure her clients are informed and goes the extra mile every step of the process. We appreciated Tiffany's attention to detail in explaining anything from complex contract stipulations to renovation costs. She also encouraged us to look for a home we wanted and to take our time, which resulted in us loving our home and finding something that perfectly fit our needs and taste. Every time someone mentions they may be looking for a home, one word inevitably spews from both our mouths: TIFFANY! We can't recommend her enough.

From the very start we had such a good feeling about Tiffany. We tried using someone else back in January of this year, but are so thankful we didn't. I warned Tiffany she would have to hold our hand throughout the process and she made us feel so safe and secure in finding out first home. She listened to what we were looking for, and did such a great job with walking through multiple houses with us before helping us find our home. She also told us "no" when we needed to hear it in the most appropriate way. I can't imagine going through that process with any other realtor, and if/when the time comes will be using Tiffany again! A huge reason we loved her so much is how easy to get a hold of she was. No matter how big or how small the question was, we felt heard and she got us answers back quickly even during the busy holiday season.

Tiffany and the Gauntt Team are absolutely fantastic! As first time homebuyers in a crazy market, we could not have had a better experience being championed and led by Tiffany. She is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and fights to get you exactly what you want! She does everything in her power to make this process as smooth and enjoyable as possible, sacrificing weekends and personal time to connect and make sure we knew exactly what was going on in the moment. Truly so grateful for how she guided us through every step of the home buying process!

I was not sure what to expect with the housing market slowing down a bit but Tiffany Cleveland was the perfect agent for the sale of my house! She knew exactly what to do and when to do it! The process of selling the house went so fast and smooth I couldn't believe it. Tiffany did a great job of pricing the house and staging for the open house then kept in communication with me at all times. I couldn't be more pleased!

Tiffany was very helpful in explaining each step of the home buying process to me. She is always available to answer questions and help guide decisions. She did great looking at and understanding the city/area I wanted to live in. Her attention to detail with interpreting the home inspection and making sure everything we asked for to be fixed was a confident builder to me! She definitely made sure I was buying a safe home as well as making a good investment.

Tiffany had the best knowledge about every aspect of the process. Truly blessed to have her lead the way for us.

Tiffany guided us through the entire process. We were so stressed when the sale of our previous home wasn't happening as quickly as we had hoped we weren't getting any feedback about its progress and what was holding up things with the buyers. She was so persistent and polite with them too a real advocate for us and we recommend her to all our friends and family who are considering moving here in the future.

Tiffany is personal and gets to know you. She is kind and remembers all the important little things! She works to make sure that you get nothing less than you want for a price that works for you. She answered all the questions we had and was always quick to make sure we understood each step of the process. I would work with her again and again!
