As a first time home buyer I didn't know what to expect or what questions to ask. Tim was extremely helpful and his knowledge and expertise made the whole experience flawless and as stress free as possible. I will highly recommend Tim going forward!

We don't have enough words to describe how great and helpful Tim is. As first time home buyers, we had no clue what we were doing and had a thousand places we wanted to view along with other thousand questions. Tim was so patient and knowledgeable. He walked us through the process and always was quick to respond and check things with other parties involved whenever needed. He is also great at giving his unbiased opinions and will tell you as it is and we greatly appreciated it. He really went above and beyond for us. If you're ever looking to purchase, sell or any real estate needs, Tim is your person. It was a great pleasure to have been accompanied by him through the home buying process.

Tim guided us through the difficult process of being first time home buyers with kindness and professionalism from start to finish! He always had time for our many questions and it made the whole experience better. He did his best to negotiate against a stubborn and unrealistic builder/seller to get us the best deal he could for the situation too!

My husband and I recently decided to move home to PEI since we are both retired and there really is “no place like home”. 🏡 We couldn’t have done the door to door move so smoothly without Tim Jackson - The Road Runner Realtor. Tim is a real estate wizard! He came highly recommended by my friend Heather, and she wasn’t exaggerating when she said he’s the best! No offence to other realtors of course! 😉 There were no questions we asked that Tim didn’t immediately have a reply to, a suggestion for, or a recommendation about. I’m pretty sure my husband threw questions at him hoping to trip him up but nope - Tim batted the answers back like the pro that he is. And to top it all off, Tim found us the perfect retirement home, and we couldn't be happier. ☺️ So thank you Tim, for everything! Your humour, your knowledge, your expertise, your honesty. You are a gem of a human and an amazing realtor! 🦸🏼‍♂️🥇🥂🏡🍾

I can’t say enough good things about Tim! He has helped my mom buy and sell houses over the years, so when it came time for me to buy my first home, I knew right away that I wanted Tim to help us. Buying your first home can be stressful, and there are so many things you don’t even think about until you’re actually going through it. Tim made the whole process so much easier for us. He set everything up for us step by step, explained everything along the way, and was always willing to help anytime we needed him. No matter what question we had, big or small, he was always there to answer it. He went so far above and beyond for us and did so many things that he honestly didn’t even have to do. He was always willing to go out of his way to help us and make sure everything was taken care of. You can really tell that he cares about his clients and wants to make sure they have the best experience possible. I’m so thankful that Tim was the one who helped us buy our first home.

We are so grateful for all the help and support we received from Tim throughout the sale of our home. Selling a house is a big life transition, and Tim made the entire process feel so much easier and less stressful. Thanks to Tim’s professionalism, knowledge, patience, and genuine care, we were able to successfully sell our home and move into an in-law suite with our daughter and her family. This move means so much to us. We truly appreciate everything Tim did for us and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate agent who is trustworthy, caring, and dedicated to his clients. Thank you, Tim, for helping make such an important transition a positive experience for our family!

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience buying our home with Tim, especially with such a memorable closing day as we welcomed our baby into the world on the very same day we closed on our house! Tim was incredibly supportive, patient, and understanding throughout the entire process. He made buying our home as smooth and stress-free as possible, even with everything happening at once. His professionalism, communication, and genuine care meant so much to us during such an important and emotional time in our lives. We’re so grateful for all of Tim’s hard work and for helping us find our home during such a special chapter for our growing family. We would highly recommend Tim to anyone looking to buy or sell a home! Thank you, Tim, for being part of such an unforgettable milestone in our lives!

Tim was so patient throughout the purchasing process. His knowledge of the market is very helpful and he guided me through the process like a pro! Go with Tim, you will not be disappointed.

Tim was a joy to work with. He was very responsive and managed our sale with professionalism and a good dose of humour. We highly recommend him!

As first-time home buyers we really couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Tim was exceedingly knowledgeable, honest, and patient while guiding us through the entire home-buying process. It was clear right from the beginning that Tim's priority was not just to help us find a house, but to help us find the RIGHT home. We cannot recommend Tim Jackson highly enough.
