First off what i will say is Tim has been a really good friend of mine for more than 15 years, even went to prom together lol. He went above and beyond from recommending a mortgage broker (Lori MacDonald - fantastic) to getting us into our new home, and answering our ridiculous questions ( there were a lot ) .
