I honestly tell them that it was a great experience and that it was all down to Tim’s mastery of his craft. Tim ought to teach a masterclass on real estate. He’s ridiculously knowledgeable and effective. Most importantly he made what was an objectively stressful experience relatively painless and even fun. He inspired my total trust and he completely delivered. I don’t recommend buying a house sight unseen during a global pandemic. But, if you have to, Tim is who you want by your side. I suspect he’s just as great in person!

I’ve never seen such a performance. Tim exceeded all expectations when helping us find new digs. His determination, commitment and energy were constantly on fleek and we never had a dull moment when house hunting. Tim was always read to rock n roll and his taste in Starbucks made me realise how fire he is. He is a trustworthy, approachable and all round stellar lad who I would recommend to people. Overall we give him a “not too shabby”. 10/10, would use again. Simply the best.
