Tim was terrific. I really can't recommend him highly enough. From start to finish, he made sure we were informed and understood every nuance and he had endless patience with all of our questions. He was professional, yet down-to-earth and easy to talk to, and just made the entire process enjoyable for us. He helped us to make smart, informed decisions - but guided, never pressured. We were very impressed with Tim's knowledge, honesty and full disclosure on all of the properties we looked at. He knew we were anxious to buy, yet making sure we found the right house for us was much more important to him that just collecting a commission on a sale. As first time home-buyers, knowing he was in our corner made the entire experience fun and exciting (the way it should be) without all the stress and worries that we could have experienced with a less knowledgeable or forthcoming realtor. Tim was very understanding and patient with me during the sale of my mom's house. He went above and beyond from going to see the house for the first time as soon as I called him and answering all my questions straight through to updating me during closing. He was very knowledgeable and supportive and would recommend if you can use Tim, you should get him!

Tim answered all questions and helped through the entire process from looking at homes, down payment, closing. I would have been lost without him. He was always available when I had a question and any time I wanted to view a property, he was super fast to respond and meet me. Tim was so easy to talk to. He has a wonderful personality and excellent communication skills. I wasn’t 100% sure that I wanted to purchase a home at first. Mainly because I was overwhelmed by the process. Tim never made me feel pressured to buy, but he broke down all the steps for me and made me feel confident that with his help, I could do this. His help was invaluable and I am so happy with my new home.

This was our second transaction with Tim- we liked him so much the first time he was the obvious choice this time around for us. Tim has a wonderful warm personality.
