Tim was excellent in all aspects of the sale of our property. He was easy to contact and very approachable. Understood what we expected and delivered in a fast and respectful manner. We would not hesitate to use Tim again in the future, Thank you again for all your help.

I enjoyed my experience with Tim ! He went above and beyond showing me properties in many different locations and different price ranges. I would highly recommend Tim to my family or my friends! Along my journey of finding the perfect property , Tim was very knowledged and patient with my changing wishes. And even after the purchase he guided me through the different agencies that I needed to speak to. Being from a different province this made it so much easier. Tim has the perfect disposition for a Realtor. He knew when to let the client think about a property and he never made me feel pressured.

We were in good hands

We saw that Tim had fabulous reviews from past customers and was very personable. He was easy to communicate with and very accessible right from the start. Tim was very easy to talk to and funny- made us feel comfortable right away. We were very happy with our selection. Tim was very knowledgeable about not only the real estate transaction portion of the deal, but about general information about aspects of the home itself. He had great insight on structure, plumbing, heating, decor, location, suggestions for possibilities with the space, etc. He was up front about any shortcomings he saw but gave helpful suggestions for solutions. Tim was also really great about answering my many questions and never made me feel like I was asking too many. He was very prompt at returning communication and made the exchange of all documents super simple. Tim went above and beyond. We were so happy with our experience with him, we have already begun another transaction with him. Definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate agent. Especially a first time buyer looking for someone knowledgeable and patient.

As first time home buyers, Tim was excellent to work with. Tim was always there to answer any questions and provide valuable input into the home buying experience. Tim was great to hear what we were looking for and help us find the perfect first home!

As first time home buyers, we had no idea how to buy a home or what to look for. Tim was incredible in walking us through houses and keeping us informed, all while keeping our best interest at the forefront. He has a keen eye for all things house related and answered all of our crazy questions (mostly mine). He was always a text away and made us feel so comfortable with the home buying process. I don’t know how many times we would look at each other and say “let’s ask Tim, he’ll know for sure”, which he always did. 12/10 recommend Tim for anyone buying a house!

We had an awesome experience working with Tim. He has excellent communication skills, was knowledgeable about the property and was super likeable. We were really pleased with his service!

Another fabulous experience with Tim Jackson!!! I knew after he helped us purchase one home, selling our current one would be no issue and I was right! Tim fixes problems before you even know they exist. I would highly recommend Tim if you are considering buying or selling a home.
