We have used Tim for both a purchase of a home and later sale of the same home in PEI. One of these transactions was done almost entirely remotely during COVID and the second after we had moved out of province. Despite the distance Tim went above and beyond to help us with everything from FaceTime walkthroughs to last minute cleaning before the photo shoot. Cannot recommend Tim enough!
