This was my second time working with Tim Merritt. The first was buying a home and now selling it. Tim and his partner Angelia Risher, were absolutely amazing to work with. I was told by my company that I had to relocate to the Dallas area and was given a tight timeline. Tim and Angelia did an equisite job staging my home. The marketing plan was brilliant. They both held open houses on sat/sun. Adjusting the pricing according to the market conditions was also very key! We got very competitive and didn't leave any money on the table. I feel very fortunate that it went as well as it did! Tim took the stress out of the relocation and handled everything for me! Thank you Tim and Angelia for a great experience.
