Tim Mitchell is a true professional and master in his field. His understanding and insight of the local market is second to none.

Professional, knowledgeable agent. Very important part of my selection criteria. He demonstrated very good listening skills as well. His follow-up was excellent and he met his deadlines/time commitments. I could trust Tim.

Tim is a true professional who puts his clients requirements and needs above his own. He was a pleasure to do business with. I’m confident we will become friends in the future.

I would recommend Tim Mitchell again. He was always available and a pleasure to work with.

Tim and his staff were great. Tim worked closely with us and advised on pricing and sales startegy. He always answered or returned calls quickly. At closing, a small issue came up, Tim went above and beyond in taking care of it. I highly recommend Tim for his hard work and honesty. I would definitely use his services for both buying and selling. Thank you, to Tim and Carmen. Well done.

Tim was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, not only regarding the properties but also in regards to the local area. I would highly recommend time to anyone looking to purchase a lake property.

Tim is the best. I would recommend him to anyone who is interested in buying or selling in Sister Lakes.
