Tim: Sold the house in days for top dollar. Knows his stuff and was very helpful along the way.

Tim went above and beyond with his service for us. We had an unexpected water leak emergency while we were out of town that he fortunately discovered. He and his associates handled the initial clean up as well as coordinated insurance and construction repair to get that problem taken care of. Definitely well above requirements of a realtor!

We have worked with Tim and his crew on a few different properties in the last few years. Nothing but compliments! They have done a fantastic job at marketing the properties to the right buyer. He is honest and true to his word in every way. I would heartily recommend Tim! We will absolutely use his services again in the future.

It was a pleasure to work with Tim Mitchell on the Sister Lakes property. Tim is very personable and has a wealth of knowledge about the area as a veteran realtor. Tim made the process simple and fast and was key in expediting the sales process. He was pleasant, communicative and stayed on top of the timeline, so we actually closed earlier than expected! We will definitely choose Tim for our future real estate transactions.
