It has been a long 10 months trying to close a deal, after one deal fell through because of circumstances beyond ours or Tim's control. Although Tim is related to us, his professional, knowledgeable and honest communications were appreciated. He was aware of our circumstances and worked very hard and creatively to close the deal. Tim's expertise in the real estate market is an attribute that everyone should consider and he is well recommended in our view.

We have worked with Tim in the past. Very knowledgeable and transparent. Enjoy working with Tim. Would highly recommend him.

Tim's knowledge of the property he represented was a huge plus!

Had a very good experience with Tim , and he and staff were viligant in showing my home to buyers almost daily .. Very happy that I went with Tim Mitchell , and his experience .. Thank you Tim ...!!!

Tim was very easy to work with and helpful in preparing the house for listing. He always communicated with me in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Tim Mitchell.

Tim is professional and very knowledgeable about lake homes in Dowagiac Mi. He answered our questions and returned phone calls and texts quickly!! His appraisal for our home was spot on, and we sold our home very quickly. We highly recommend Tim, as well as his coworkers Caroline and Carmen! We appreciated working with Tim and his team! Thanks, Tim for you good service!

No one knows the Sister Lakes area as well as Tim Mitchell. With the help of him and the rest of his team, my brother and I got a great deal for a place we'd only ever dreamed of having!

Tim was very knowledgeable and very helpful and in all aspects

Tim, Caroline and Carmen were absolutely fantastic in every detail!! There were mulitple complications on contingency needs with 3 closings in one day. If one piece fell...the domino effect would have been a huge problem. Tim and his crew did a lot of behind the scenes work to make everything work out flawlessly. Nothing but high marks for the entire staff! Highly recommend!!

We actually worked with Carmen F. And experience was excellent. Kept us informed of what was happening at all times. Was efficient, understanding and kind throughout the process. Thankful for the privilege to work with her and would highly recommend her to anyone.
