Tim and his team are great. They take the time and effort to make sure you understand all aspects of your property and are just plesant to do business with. Really apprecaite him taking some time ti take us on a boat ride around the lake and share some ideas about the house we are building. Truly one of a kind.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Enjoyed working with Tim.

Tim is the best realtor you could ever ask for. He is knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and has an excellent grasp of how to get a deal done equitably and in short order. He has a thorough grasp of his market area and all of the contacts necessary to facilitate an effective closing for both seller and the buyer. We've had previous contact and related experiences with Tim in the past years, and there's no one better in our experience that we've ever worked with anywhere. We'd recommend him to anyone who desires to buy or sell property in the Benton Harbor, St. Joseph, and Dowagiac areas of southwestern Michigan.

Tim worked with me and explained all phases of marketing and sales. Would recommend him to anyone interested in a complete real estate experience.
