Tim and his whole team were amazing throughout. Great communication with explainations along the whole process. I loved how Tim, Carmen, and Caroline all had a group chat with my my husband and myself. Made communication super easy and fast. They were always so responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Great group to partner with when selling a home.

Our realtor was Carmen Fleischauer and she is amazing!! When we decide to sell our family cottage, at the recommendation of a friend, we called Carmen. From our first appointment, to the closing she was nothing but helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. The cottage sold immediately and what we thought would be quick process, required lots of time and patience to get through probate. Carmen was pretty terrific and helped us throughout the whole process.

Tim is always polite, courteous and knowledgeable. I've worked with Tim on several properties, and he has been a joy to work with on each one. I highly recommend Tim.
