We completely stumbled into meeting Tim; we were casually looking at homes and a listing came up we were interested in, so we signed up for a showing on Zillow and Tim contacted us. From the first conversation, we were impressed with him. He listenened to our wants and needs, understood we were casually looking, and seemed to genuinely want to help us even though we were unsure of when we would actually be ready to buy. We spent the next few months looking, with Tim always being tuned into the local market and filtering recommendations to meet our needs and maintain our budget. When the home finally came along that checked all of our boxes, Tim's full value immediately became apparent. He expertly navigated the negotiating and buying process in a hot real estate market, always thinking 3 steps ahead. Buying a home makes for a stressful time, but Tim was our rock with his calm demeanor and depth of knowledge. We truly believe that without Tim we wouldn't be in the home we are in now.

Tim Riley was phenomenal in every way imaginable. My wife and I have a daughter attending college in San Luis Obispo, CA, and we were interested in buying her a condominium that would eventually turn into a rental property.
