Tim Wojtala

Tim is very professional with his services. He gave us his time and patience throughout the process of purchasing our first home from a family member. Tim treated us like family, answered our questions and gave us local recommendations for products or companies we may need in the future. Due to his excellent candor, we felt comfortable throughout the buyinf journey. I would highly recommend working with Tim, as well as his daughter-in-law, Sara, for any purchasing needs.

I highly recommend Tim Wojtala for your real estate needs. Tim & team kept us informed the whole way through the sale process. Knowledgeable & friendly.

Tim Wojtala & his daughter in-law Sara Wojtala were excellent in helping us sell our home. We had an offer about a week or so after listing, and Tim fair warned because there were multiple transactions that had to happen before our closing, and we were informed every step of the way until closing, which went really smooth... Thank you again Tim & Sara. Not saying we ever will, but if we did move back to Michigan, you & Sara will be the first ones we call. Sincerely, Bobby & Lisa Deel (Formerly of Wyandotte, Michigan & now Georgia residents)
