He researched the market value of my property that I was selling, and counselled me on what to list it for, and what it would probably appraise for. He also was able to help us find the right property to buy, and the price that would land us the acceptance of our offer. At the last minute the buyer for my condo couldn't perform, we were at risk to lose the property we were buying. Tim went through all the offers we'd received and found us another buyer in just 24 hours! We were able to close in less than14 days and concurrently close on the other property! We hit more hoops from the buyers than expected and Tim kicked butt getting everything to continue advancing whenever something was starting to slow down.
