Tim is very knowledgable in the investment properties areas. He is always looking to get top dollar for your property ,or recommend keeping the property if the offers are to low. I have used Tim for many sales and will continue to do so!

Tim was personable and attentive to my home buying needs. He put in offers right away and didn't waste any time! It's because of him that I was able to purchase such a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood! I appreciate everything he has done for me because without Tim I would've never been able to buy this house. Thank you so much!!

Tim has made my deal went through. Without him I may still searching for house. He connected me to different bank. Thanks
