Tina is a fantastic agent. She is very knowledgeable about the area. We had specific requirements and she conducted exhaustive searches to find us the right house. It was a pleasure working with Tina. We always felt that she looked out for our interests. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a real estate agent.

I have the utmost respect and admiration for Tina Deller and Patrick O'Hare. They are consummate professionals with stellar reputations, and are genuinely honest, nice people. Their combined knowledge and experience provided all the confidence I needed to work with them on the sale of our home. They were both extremely helpful, patient, and present during every step of the process. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of the transaction. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a team of professionals who are experienced, dedicated, honest and have integrity. I would readily enter into another transaction with them without hesitation.

I have dealt with approximately 20 agents in my 30 years of real estate involvement. Tina by far surpasses them all! Such an incredible agent, smart, hardworking, and trustworthy. I appreciate all Tina did to close my sale at the best price I could get. Amy Jupp

I have known Tina my whole life. She has handled every single home purchase/sale for everyone in my family and then some. We would not even think about going anywhere else. I have known Patrick for over 20 years and he is wonderful to work with as well. They have been in the business for many years and are so knowledgable with the ever changing world of real estate. We have been looking on and off for many years looking for our dream home. When the pandemic hit we did not think we would find anything but Tina and Patrick did it! They found it and helped us get our dream home. We love it more every day and are so grateful to them that we got our dream home!

Tina proved very knowledgeable of selling & marketing our home. She gave sound advice regarding potential issues or problems that needed to be addressed. Further, she professionally handled & navigated through the specific requirements of the sale of our home in a timely manner. Tina walked us through every step of the negotiations & ultimately we were able to negotiate a price that we were comfortable with.

I am going through a very difficult time right now. I know little to nothing about the home buying process. Tina was so supportive of what I was going through in my life. She explained everything to me in a way I could understand. She was always available even late at night. She made sure I had everything done on my end on time. Beyond being a great realtor Tina Deller is one of the nicest people I have ever met. She made a my life better when my world was falling down around me. I cannot put into words how much Tina means to me. I would highly recommend Tina to anyone.
