This lady did what I though was impossible to do and that was selling my plot of land. It was in a bad area and needed a lot of work but that did not stop her. We met at the property and physically walked it with her. She took a lot of notes and pictures while we were there. She dug up all the files available for my piece of land and did all the research within a few days. Any time I needed to contact her she would either respond immediately or usually respond at latest within half an hour. She would give me updates on interested buyers and that would keep me hopeful. She had told me in advance that land usually takes up to a year to sell based on her experience in the area and it took just around 4 months so that was quicker than expected. Here in a year or two I might be looking for a house to call home and she will be the first person I call to help me. She sees the pros and cons and is straight forward with you.
