the fact that she worked hard and worked her way up and was so acomadating and upbeat. doing it all in 7-9 days was intense but i know Tina was going through as much on her end and most likely had to juggle other houses as well. On the other hand it was a great relief to get it done so quickly and to have it over with so i could deal with all, my father's other problems. I have owned four other houses and have never had a sale go so quickly. I also appreciate the little extra things that Tina did to help with the sale. ( pool cleaning, carbon monoxide device forwarding me mail.) I am a firm believer that if you do something extra that wasn't asked for it can go a long, long way. i am sure there were many things she did that i wasn't aware of. There were some legal things in reference to my fathers trust that she wasn't quite sure of, but I suppose she doesn't do those kind of sales so often and who am I to speak it was ALL GREEK to me. The paperwork shuffle was insane and we both survived so hats off to strong women everywhere! Tina Rocks!
