Tina was described on a review as being friendly, helpful, honest, etc. I called 3 different realtors and left voice mail. Tina returned my call, and one other sent a postcard. The third did not respond. I found Tina to be easy to work with, and very helpful, as I had never sold real estate before. She made suggestions, listened to what I had to say, gave her personal opinion, but left the decision-making up to me on price, terms, etc. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone, and if I am ever in need of another Realtor in Virginia, she will be the first call I make.
