She was an excellent person to have assisting, always positive even when it took so long to sell. She never gave up and continued to get my house noticed and viewed.

Tina was available almost around the clock. She was very prompt at responding to our calls and texts. Very knowledgeable about the community we were purchasing in. Even though my husband had a background in real estate, Tina did a great job and was a pleasure to work with.

Tina Keene was absolutely the best person I could have chosen to handle selling my house in Virginia. Previous renters had done a lot of damage, and some things I had tried to fix things didn't work so well. Tina understood that I had limited funds available with which to work but knew which fixes would help the house to sell. Knowing the neighborhood, she found excellent people to do the work at reasonable prices, from painter, carpet cleaner, HVAC company, to handymen for the odd jobs. She monitored the situation until the house could be offered for sale, and to my surprise, the house sold the day it was on the market! I would recommend her any day.
