They were awesome and helped guide us through every step of the process! They made the whole experience of selling our house much smoother and less stressful!

Tom and Pat were great to work with. kept me up to date. Easy to work with. Would use again if needed.

Tom and Pat are an amazing team! They know everyone. In fact, the guys that came to haul away some of our house items knew Pat and Tom from 20 years ago when they bought their home. Pat is on top of everything when it comes to dotting the I's and crossing the T's. Tom is very knowledgeable about homes and has tons of tips and insight. Everything went very smoothly and we were very pleased with the entire process both buying and selling our home. We were very lucky and thankful for all that Tom and Pat did to help us find our new home. Tom and Pat are an amazing team! We are so thanksful for all of their time and efforts to help us find our new home in this CRAZY market. We were just about ready to give up and somehow everything fell into place. We are so thankful that it did!

This is the second house that Pat and Tom sold for us. Both houses they have listed and sold for us, our expectations were exceeded. The closing price was considerably higher on both transactions. When we sell our next rental property, Pat and Tom will be the only Realtors we call. Friendly, competent, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. Great Realtors.

When selling your house Tom and Pat are the winning team that you want on your side, every step in the sales process was explained in detail Everything went smoothly and we never felt any pressure or disappointment overall it was a great experience

Tom and pat are absolutely amazing! They are truthworthy, patient and most importantly they are professional! They have made our forever home process very smooth. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know!

Tom and Pat made an excellent team in selling my mother's house. The home was being sold while both the owner and family were no longer in the area, so it was important to have a broker we could trust from being recommended by family members who had good prior experiences. It was also important to have a broker who could handle the sale without the owner present. Tom and Pat worked with myself and other family members to take care of a number of items at the house that needed to be done before and after listing the house. There were also a number of legal issues due to the house being sold by the owner's POA. This included having to switch title companies and work closely with the final title company and POA to obtain all the necessary documentation to allow the sale to proceed. The sale would most likely have fallen through without all the effort put in by Pat and Tom. They went above and beyond to make the sale happen. Tom and Pat were exactly what we needed to get the home sold in a timely manner and for a very good price. I am very happy with the overall experience and recommend Tom and Pat to anyone looking to sell a home.

Tom and Pat are the best in the Business! Anyone I know looking to buy or sell I send their way! Can't wait for the next time I buy to work with them.

I absolutely loved working withTom and Pat. Made the entire process a great experience.
