We will always contact Tom and Pat when dealing with real estate questions. They make a great team.

I can not thank Pat and Tom enough for all they did for me and my family during the purchase of my parents property. We would have never gotten thru this time without either of them by our side, and myself and my family owe a debt of gratitude to them both for their understanding, support, friendship and most importantly their love for al that our family went thru during the purchase of my parents new condo. Thank you with all my heart for everything.

Tom and Pat were amazing! They were there and helped along every step of the way!

Tom & Pat were super professional and provided us with guidance and support throughout our home buying process. Pat listened to our needs and went above and beyond to get us exactly what we asked for. Tom worked closely and patiently with us as we searched for our home. We moved from GA back to MD and they guided us every step of the way. We thank you both from the bottom of our hearts.

Tom & Pat are extremely professional people. Their combined years of experience and knowledge are rare, and was exactly what I needed to sell my house. Both Tom & Pat guided me through the entire process, which went smoothly thanks to them. I will recommend Tom & Pat and Cummings & Co. to anyone I know that needs a terrific realtor team!

From the first time I met Tom and Pat, back when I sold my first house with them, I could tell that they were amazing at what they do. That house sold in less than one day. They sat me down and went over my options and what they felt was best. That same process happened with this sale. The things they do, between marketing, communication, and all the way through are unmatched in anyone I've ever met. They are real people who love what they do, and it shows. If anything were to ever change, they'd be the only people I'd consider to buy another house with. Thank you so much Tom Roach and Pat Skarupa, I wish you the very best!!

Tom and Pat made the sale of our house extremely easy. They are great to work with and we would definitely use them again.
