Tom Sturm is outstanding . He returns my calls day or night . At 7 am or 11 pm . He never leaves me hanging. He always makes sure I understand every single thing. I do not have a computer and have no tech skills . Tom does things old school for me and never makes me feel bad for not knowing how to do things . He puts everything in a way that makes me feel informed and comfortable. If I have anxiety over anything he does not stop until I am settled. Our family would never go with anyone me else !!!
