He was extremely helpful in introducing and arranging for contractors to come in to do light repair and refresh work that the home needed. He also provided excellent guidance on which items to improve and which were less important, helping us to maximize our profit and move the home very quickly. Tom and Emma were extremely helpful as well in assisting in and arranging for the sale and removal of a number of furnishings and household items that were no longer needed. He also was very patient with the buyer, despite some cultural and communication issues with the buyers and their agents. He handled all of their demands very patiently, keeping us free from dealing with many of their unreasonable requests. All of this was far beyond what was expected or required, and Tom did it all efficiently and joyfully. He and his team are a pleasure to work with, and extremely effective in selling a home.
