Toni was always available, on time and prepared for the days showings. Knowledgeable of Kerrville and surrounding areas, helped our search for our new home.

Toni was always accessible and professional. She was very helpful with all the presale details.

Could not have been any better !!!

Toni is an educated professional that kept me informed and gave me accurate information about my home and the price of my home. Her guidance was invaluable to me.

Toni, I can honestly say you are a pleasure to work with and appreciate how thorough you are in your responsibilities. You always have a positive outlook and a wonderful smile.

We listed our late parents' house with Toni Manchester and it sold quickly. We were very impressed with how they marketed the home. We had to complete our side of everything from far away and she was great at communication and at facilitating the closing. Her connections with local servicemen were important and helped move things along quickly. We are grateful for Toni's hard work and the great outcome.

Toni Manchester was great help with the purchase of the home, guiding us on closing costs along with coordinating with the sellers realtor and the title company. Toni has also provided great information regarding the ablity to lease the home vs selling it in the future.

Toni and Amber were professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to all of our needs. Our previous real estate agent we felt was remiss on personally showing the property. With Centry 21 we felt well taken care of.

Toni Manchester and did an excellent job marketing our home. She really understands our local market and pricing, and she was very responsive throughout the entire process. The photos and presentation of our house were very professional. We received two very timely offers and were able to close very quickly. We couldn't be more pleased with Toni, her team and the whole sales experience.

My interface was primarily with Toni Manchester and Teagan Sawyer for the entire course of the sale. Toni & Teagan represented Century 21 in the best possible light and provided the best performance I could imagine. My only dissapointment would be we don't have more houses to sell!
