Toni was patient and understanding in what I was looking for. She was always quick to respond and make appointments when needed to fit my schedule. Toni always gave her honest opinion when I was considering a purchase, and what would be best for me.

Excellent and took care of every step as we had moved out of the area.

Choosing Toni was the best decision we made. She handled everything quickly and professionally. Selling a home has never been that stress-free for us.

Toni Manchester was highly recommended by a local home builder. It was very important to me to get an honest, dependable, trustworthy realtor, and Toni was recommended as one of the best. Even though Toni was expanding her business, she always made time to talk to us about concerns or opportunities. When she was not available, she always made sure that she had a backup realtor available to ensure that we had someone to reach out to. Her team is awesome, and we always felt that we could call for any reason at any time, and would receive immediate, very professional responses. Toni was very professional and all aspects of the marketing campaign were top notch. This was a very "specialty" property which was hard to sell because it would be difficult to finance since it was considered multi-purpose. Toni reached out to investors and other realtors to spread the word about this great investment opportunity. The property sold to a cash investor. Out of the many real estate transactions that I have done in my life, this was by far one of the best transactions that I have ever had. Toni's experience and guidance took almost all of the stress out of selling our property. We walked away knowing that we sold the property at a great price with very little hassle. I feel 100% sure that without Toni Manchester and the Century 21 The Hills Realty staff, selling this property could have been a nightmare. Their professionalism and trustworthiness put us at ease and made this the best sale in our real estate portfolio. I highly recommend Toni Manchester and her staff for any real estate needs.

My wife and I were very blessed having Toni Manchester as our broker/agent in the sale of our property in Kerrville, Texas. Toni was one hundred percent committed to deliver the results we wanted. She backed us up all the time in a very caring and professional way. All her team and staff are efficient and professional. They all are also very polite and supportive. Every step of the sales process we were certain we had Toni's full support, extraordinary expertise and genuine care. Toni Manchester is an extraordinary person and real estate broker. We have been very blessed with her acquaintance and services. Toni is very knowledgeable, professional, attentive, efficient, considerate, involved and great communicator and support. She was supporting us, being in touch and caring 24/7. We are very impressed and grateful. We also are happily impressed with her staff and team who go not only one extra mile in the field of service and they go all in with their care and support. We would consider ourselves very fortunate people if we can continue to have their friendship for life. Toni Manchester has an excellent, professional and effective manner of conducting business in a successful way. She has a very unique and rare combination of skills, knowledge and care that are hard to find. We only hope she continues to be in touch sharing her wisdom and charisma with us. We don't hesitate to fully recommend Toni and her team if you want the best team and results. With appreciation, Alejandro and Lidiya L. De Guevara.

Excellent job! I know this was at times challenging but your experience and determination proved itself to be invaluable in getting the job done. Thanks Toni !

Toni Manchester is the ultimate professional in her field. She listens carefully to all of your concerns as a buyer and gives clear advice and guidance throughout the whole process. After my initial consultation with her, I immediately knew that she would be the right choice in listing our property. I was not disappointed. She rates a 10 out of 10 with me.
