Toni is the upmost, honest professional real estate broker to work with. In my several dealings with real estate, she communicates all information quickly and at any time of the day or night. This was by far the easiest, less stressful transaction I have had.

Toni is an outstanding agent, Her experience and knowledge of the market is very obvious. She is "hands on" with an outstanding agency. I would highly recommend Toni Manchester in the Kerrville area market, especially the Comanche Trace community.

Toni Manchester did an excellent job in helping us procure this property. It took her in-depth years of knowledge and experience to ensure this deal coming together. We respected and valued her opinion. Her assistant Brooke was excellent with the follow through.

Toni was a real pleasure to have on my side. Always there for me and willing to listen and make suggestions. But in the end it was always my decision. Could not have asked for a better broker/experience. Highly recommend Toni. Toni went above and far beyond my expectations in promoting my house for sale. Extremely pleased with the MLS listing that showed up on Realtor.com Brooklyn is a great asset and was a pleasure to have on my side. Toni started out relationship with "I work for you" and "I am here for you". That alone was great to hear and she meant it. Would use Toni again without any hesitation.

We had this house on and off the market several times during the Covid-19 crisis. Toni Manchester understood our concerns about showing the house during that crisis and continued to keep in contact until we were ready to show again. Gave us great peace of mind that she was managing this for us and that we would get the very best service we could ask for.

We were very fortunate to have been referred to Toni Manchester. From our first meeting, we felt comfortable and that she was knowledgeable and genuine. She was a broker we trusted and weren’t interested in looking elsewhere. We would highly recommend Toni Manchester to family and friends. Very pleasant experience and happy to be in our forever Hill Country home
